Raising a concern
We hope that most concerns can be expressed and resolved on an informal basis by speaking with the relevant staff and leaders within individual schools.
However, if you wish to raise a concern about one of our schools, this should be directed to the Headteacher of the relevant school in the first instance, in line with our Complaints Policy.
To help us respond promptly, please submit your concern in writing (by email or letter), including the following details:

Your name

A clear summary of your concern

Any relevant names, dates, or details (particularly if you’ve already discussed the matter with a member of staff)

A contact number and a convenient time for us to get in touch
The Headteacher will appoint a member of the Senior Leadership Team to meet with you to investigate your concerns and seek a resolution.
